What details do you need for a quote?
Pickup and drop-off (or the hours you need the car), date, time, number of passengers and large bags, plus a flight number for airport pickups. The more we know, the more precise the quote.
Is the price confirmed in advance?
Always. Your quote lists the vehicle class and the inclusions in writing, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking 24 hours or more ahead gives the best choice of vehicles. Ultra-luxury cars, stretch limousines and peak-season dates should be booked as early as possible.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Payment and any deposit requirements are set out in your quote and confirmation.
Airport transfers
Where does the chauffeur wait for arrivals?
In the arrivals area of your terminal. Before you land you receive the chauffeur’s name and number so you can find each other easily.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time. Waiting time policies are confirmed in your quote.
Which airports do you serve?
Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC), with Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Sharjah (SHJ) available on request.
Vehicles
Can I choose a specific car model?
You can state a preference. Vehicle classes are confirmed in writing; specific models are subject to availability.
Are child seats available?
Child seats can be requested and are confirmed subject to availability. Please share the children’s ages when booking.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle class has a guide luggage capacity shown on our fleet pages. Tell us about oversized items such as golf bags or prams.
Policies
How do I change or cancel?
Message or call us as early as possible with your booking reference. Our cancellation policy and the terms in your quote explain any charges.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No. All vehicles are non-smoking.
