Arriving at Dubai International (DXB)
DXB has three passenger terminals. Emirates flights use Terminal 3, while most other international airlines use Terminal 1 and many regional carriers use Terminal 2. Share your flight number and we will confirm the correct meeting point for your terminal.

Arriving at Al Maktoum International (DWC)
DWC sits in Dubai South, close to Expo City and Jebel Ali. Journeys into central Dubai take longer than from DXB, so allow for that when planning onward plans. See DWC to Dubai.
Departures without the rush
Tell us your flight time and we will suggest a pickup time that allows for traffic and check-in. Peak hours on Sheikh Zayed Road and around Garhoud can add considerable time, so we plan conservatively.
Choosing a vehicle for your luggage
Luggage, not passengers, usually decides the vehicle. Two large suitcases fit comfortably in a sedan; four travellers with four large cases need an SUV or van. Golf bags, prams and oversized cases should be mentioned when booking.
